Wayne has over 20 years experience in insurance broking and risk management. Wayne's background is from a large multi-national international broker, and Operations Manager of a large indigenous broker. Wayne specialises in corporate account management with a "can do" approach. Wayne maintains professional working relationships with industry leaders at the highest level, both clients and insurers, and maintains key global contacts with European and Australian markets.

Wayne is a Senior Associate of the Australia New Zealand Insurance & Finance Institute (ANZIIF Snr Assc) and Qualified Practising Insurance Brokers (QPIB) by qualification, and has Fellowship status (FIBANZ) as awarded the Insurance Brokers Association of NZ [IBANZ], and holds the Nelson Marlborough Chairmanship for Insurance Brokers Association of NZ.
