Warren is the Branch Manager for the East Auckland office and is one of FMR Risk's most experienced brokers. Warren is the broker for a large number of corporate and commercial clients and, although he works with many different industries and sectors, he has a particularly heavy involvement with the retirement village industry.  
 
Warren commenced his career in insurance 40 years ago. He has worked for leading underwriters in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom. He began broking on his own account in the 1970s with his firm Long Barker Snookes Rutherford becoming well known and respected in the insurance and business communities. This firm merged with Fraser Macandrew Ryan in 2007 who then became FMR Risk in 2009.

Warren's broking experience stretches right across the industry and he is one of very few brokers in New Zealand to have genuine expertise at the highest levels of Fire & General and Life & Health insurance. As a result, Warren is able to offer a true composite service to his clients.
