Sandy has 15 years experience working in the Fire and General Insurance industry specialising in both Commercial and Personal Insurance. She emigrated from South Africa in 2002 to join her family in New Zealand. Sandy completed her Diploma in Communication Studies and is currently completing her Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) Professional Qualification.

She worked for another prominent New Zealand Broker before joining FMR Risk (previously Long Barker Snookes Rutherford) in 2006 in a Broker Support role before being promoted to Broker in 2009. Her area of expertise is the SME sector and she heads up the OmniPACK facility in the Auckland East office. Sandy has a strong customer focus and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
