Howard had 20 years experience as an employee and Director of an international brokerage before resigning to establish one of our foundation companies, HD Fraser & Macandrew Limited.

Howard embodies many of the values that FMR Risk has come to embrace and is recognised by business organisations throughout New Zealand as a leader in the insurance industry.
 
With his extensive experience, Howard oversees the insurance programmes of a number of corporate and commercial clients, and he also acts as the Branch Manager for the Dunedin office.
