Heather is a senior Life & Disability advisor, working with business owners on managing risks associated with business continuation, succession, and estate planning.
 
Heather has worked in the insurance industry as an analyst, broker and consultant since 1995. Previous to this, she was a working shareholder in a retail and manufacturing business for 13 years (as administration and finance manager) and, following that, she owned a computer services business for six years in an operating and management position. As a result, she has a solid background in business and management.
 
Since entering the insurance industry, Heather has qualified as a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) (2004) and an Associate Financial Planner (AFP) (2003). She keeps her qualifications up to date by adhering to the Institute of Financial Advisers standards of continuing education.
