Hayden oversees our in-house Life & Health division and, in his role as broker, he also advises a wide range of clients.

Hayden has a broad experience in the Life & Health field, but, in recent years, he has focused on managing the Life & Health risks faced by companies and business owners. His particular interests include Key Person Insurance, Debt Protection for businesses, Shareholders' Insurance, and Group Schemes.

Hayden regularly deals with cases involving large sums insured and he has developed considerable expertise in assisting clients through the complex underwriting required by international reinsurers.

Hayden has a BA from the University of Canterbury and an MA (First Class) from the University of Auckland. He first worked in the insurance industry in the late 1990s.
